Meeting Times and Registration Information
Our next cycle will begin on January 22, 2026 and run through April 16th, 2026. We are offering two separate options for meeting times:
Thursdays mornings from 9:30am-11am
and
Thursday evenings from 6:30-8pm.

REGISTRATION INFO:
Cost: $20
This is a one-time fee covering all sessions and a participant workbook.
Note: Scholarships are available upon request.
